Trust

Your name goes on every email. We built Metis around that.

What Metis does with your data, with the people it contacts, and what it will never do without you.

01

You stay in control

Metis prepares. You decide.

  • Nothing sends without your approval

Every email, follow-ups included, waits for a person at your organisation. The rule is enforced in the database, not left to a setting.

  • Sent from your own mailbox

Approved emails go from your address, so replies come straight to you and the relationship is yours.

  • Every email is editable

Change any line before you approve. An edited email needs approving again.

  • Every fact links to its source

Each signal carries the article or announcement it came from, and its date, so you can check it before you put your name to it.

02

Your data stays yours

What you tell us about your rights, and how you write, is yours alone.

  • Private to you

Your edits, your voice and your notes shape your emails only. Each client’s data is kept apart from every other client’s.

  • Never shared across clients

Another rights holder using Metis never sees your prospects, drafts, edits or replies.

  • Never used to train AI models

We do not train models on your data, and our AI provider does not train on it either.

03

Responsible prospecting

We contact people at work, about their work, and stop when asked.

  • Work emails only

Metis uses business email addresses, and sometimes a work phone number. Never personal email addresses, never home numbers.

  • A lawful basis

We rely on legitimate interests: a relevant, specific approach to someone whose job is sponsorship or brand.

  • “Remove me” means everywhere

If someone asks to be removed, no Metis client contacts them again. If they decline one approach, that client stops.

04

Security

Built so that a mistake in one place cannot expose another client.

  • Encrypted

In transit and at rest. Mailbox access tokens are encrypted again by the application before they are stored.

  • Row-level security

Every client’s data is separated in the database itself, on reads and writes, not only in the interface.

  • An audit trail

Approvals and changes to your profile are recorded in logs that cannot be edited or deleted.

  • Least privilege

People and services get only the access their job needs. Client logins see their own organisation and nothing else.
